If you have any questions about our practice, or how you may benefit from our services, please call our office. We would be happy to arrange a personal New Patient phone consultation with Dr. Todd or Amy Kinney at your request. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8-5 MST.

Please complete the New Patient Welcome Forms (that will be emailed to you) and remember to bring them with you on your first appointment.

Insight Integrative Dentistry is a private-care practice and we kindly ask 48 hours for any appointment changes or cancellations to avoid charges. All fees are paid at time of service. Our office accepts HSA (Health Savings Accounts) and all major credit cards. If you have applicable dental insurance for your services, please bring a current copy of your insurance card information.
